Who this policy covers
Project Monet operates from India. This policy applies to ProjectMonet.com and the Free Instagram Audit, Viral Mandate, and meeting qualification forms on the site. Use the Email Project Monet link in the footer to contact us, including for privacy and deletion requests.
It does not govern Instagram, linked websites, or another provider’s service. Their own policies apply when you use them.
Information you provide
The Free Instagram Audit form can collect your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business or creator name, Instagram handle or URL, niche, goals, current resources, decision role, budget openness, optional message, and consent.
The Viral Mandate form can collect your name, email, business or creator name, Instagram handle or URL, niche, follower and normal-Reel estimates, goals, spokesperson and resource readiness, artificial-growth history, creative-control and revision readiness, cadence, budget, target understanding, optional message, and consent.
The meeting qualification form can collect your name, email, role, business or project name, Instagram status and account, optional website, offer and audience, requested service, goal, monthly service budget, timing, approval role, content and approval readiness, optional message, consent, and the resulting meeting route. Qualified visitors can proceed to Cal.com to book; Cal.com handles information entered there under its own terms and policy.
Information collected with a submission
First-touch attribution is held in session storage while you browse and is sent only if you submit a form. Query strings are excluded from stored page and referrer URLs to reduce the chance of retaining personal information. We do not intentionally send the answers from your form to analytics.
- Form type

- Final submission page and submission time
- UTM source, medium, campaign, and content when present in the first page URL
- A hidden honeypot field used to identify automated spam
How we use the information
- Review the requested Instagram account and the context you provided
- Respond to an Audit request, Viral Mandate application, or meeting enquiry
- Assess which service, if any, appears suitable and whether to show the meeting booking option
- Deliver the clearest Audit opportunities we see
- Maintain reasonable enquiry and consent records
- Prevent spam, abuse, and misuse of the forms
- Improve the clarity and operation of the enquiry process
Web3Forms and service providers
The forms use Web3Forms as the submission processor and delivery provider. The public Web3Forms access key identifies the form configuration; it is not a private inbox address.
Web3Forms receives the submitted fields and routes the message to Project Monet. Cloudflare Pages hosts the website, and Cloudflare provides content delivery, TLS, DNS, and security services. Cloudflare can process request and security telemetry such as IP address, browser and request details to deliver pages and mitigate abuse. Providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to their terms and safeguards.
Retention
Web3Forms states that it retains form submissions for a maximum of three years, with a shorter period possible under the plan or if records are deleted earlier. Project Monet has not independently confirmed the retention setting for this form configuration.
Copies delivered to Project Monet may be retained as long as reasonably needed to respond, assess fit, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. A fixed period for those copies has not been established here. The GA4 property currently sets event and user data retention to 14 months; Google may apply different periods to other types of data under its own terms.
Analytics and cookies
Project Monet uses Google Analytics 4 only after a visitor accepts optional analytics. If a visitor declines or has not yet chosen, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded. You can reopen Cookie preferences in the footer on any page to change or withdraw that choice.
Analytics can measure page use, selected link and enquiry actions, and successful form submissions. Our analytics event code limits custom fields to action categories and excludes form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, Instagram handles, and other free-text form data. Page locations sent by our code omit query strings and fragments. Google may process analytics identifiers and technical data under its own terms. Read the Cookies Policy for details and browser choices.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit a form and use the Email Project Monet link in the footer instead. You can ask to access, correct, or delete information connected to your request, subject to identity checks and information that must be retained for legal or security reasons. Depending on applicable law, you may also ask to restrict or object to some processing and raise a concern with a data protection authority. You can withdraw optional analytics consent through Cookie preferences in the footer.
For a privacy request, identify the request or Instagram account well enough for us to locate the relevant record. Do not send passwords or other account credentials.
Security and changes
Project Monet uses reasonable technical and organisational controls, including encrypted transport, restrictive browser security headers, input limits, and spam checks. No internet service can promise absolute security.
We may update this policy when the site, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and date will remain on this page.
